59% efficiency is definitely not a loss, but it's certainly nowhere close to "unmitigated victory".

Stalking Mantis, you have just revealed to me how duplicitous you are.
For reference, he just contacted me privately implying that the leak contains some incriminating conversations between I-RED members, both past and current, that would, quote, "show what they really thought [of me]" . After having done a search for my name in the leaked logs I found only a few, throwaway mentions of my name, with nothing that indicated any secret disrespect or duplicity on the part of I-RED members, past or present.
I am forced to interpret this as a clumsy, dishonourable and underhanded attempt to damage relations between MXD and both I-RED and Distant Light Galactic, both of whom we are on friendly terms with.

The thing is, I don't need to shoot things to validate my existence, and you don't concern me enough to be worth taking any action against. Your delusional, hysterical ramblings have ostracised you from the rest of the State, and you're obviously not causing the Federation or even the FDU any serious difficulty, else I would hear about you in places other than the IGS. You have never said a single thing of value, and most of what you say has no relation to the truth. Even your own countrymen know this, and have distanced themselves from you. Destroying one of your easily-replacable ships would not prove anything about me.
Simply put, I don't see why I should waste my time and money hunting you down when I could be doing things I enjoy.

The fact that your best answer for pretty much everything was either to lie (yes, all of what you described as lies is actually true) or bring up combat statistics shows me that there's pretty much nothing to you. You're empty, kind of like your words. That's why I feel no need to go zipping around low-sec looking for someone who would most likely dock up anyway.
